The hotel staff exhibits genuine warmth, greeting us like family. The delightful breakfast, featuring fresh fruit and delectable options, was a perfect start to each day.

However, the vibrant atmosphere of Plaza Machado comes with noise that can be disruptive, especially during late nights. The lack of space in our room made unpacking challenging.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with fine tile work and lush trees that create a serene atmosphere. I was fortunate to have a cozy Beautiful Double Room close to the pool, which added to the enjoyment of my stay. The breakfast served each morning was a good start, featuring fresh fruit and a choice of delicious main options.

Had such a fabulous time with the amazing breakfast and cozy vibe, but the nightly noise from the plaza was a bit much for my liking. Would definitely return!

The WiFi rarely worked and needed attention!!! The pool area is less inviting than expected and feels cramped!!! A lack of extra pillows shows a missed opportunity for improved guest comfort!!!

It was just a good match for a brief pause in Mazatlan with real value for money. The staff was quick to help me with my bags when I arrived. Try to get a room away from the pool for a quieter experience.

Conveniently located right off Plaza Machado, I loved being close to the market and beach while enjoying a delicious breakfast featuring a fresh fruit bowl and various egg options.
